Manage settings

Unisphere allows an authorized user with appropriate access to manage system settings. Settings can also be cloned, that is, settings can be copied from one storage system and applied to one or more target storage systems subject to compatibility checks.

Steps

Select to open the Settings panel.
The following categories of settings are displayed (the Preferences settings are displayed by default - see Set general preferences):

- Alerts
Select and click one of the following:
- Clone Settings— Clone system settings
- Export Settings— Export system settings
- Import Settings— Import system settings
Click one of the following categories to view or modify its settings.
